One of the Best things was all the amenities. They included many toiletries and pyjamas. The bathrooms are large. Slightly surprised you have to vacate between 10-2 however that's probably a good thing for cleanliness and so many guests. I stayed on the top floor which is all women and met some lovely visitors. There's a smoking and common room on the 4th floor. Many vending machines, washing machines, kettle and microwave. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Even if communication was difficult everyone knows at least a bit of English and everyone was very helpful. Location is great, next to Golden Gai. There arent any USB ports but you can walk two minutes to Donke and get a plug. The breakfast option is worth it. Wasn't the most beautiful hotel but you get your money's worth

Great location for first time in Tokyo. The checkout system and lockers worked really well because I could leave most of my stuff there and just take a small bag for the day. The sauna/onsen was incredibly relaxing with a dry sauna, cold tub and two hot tubs. The outer bathroom area was pretty big and had hair driers, combs and lotion. The common area was big and comfy. The actual bed was surprisingly comfy and the room pretty quiet, given how many people were there. I was a slightly tight fit at 5'11". Overall it was much better than I could have imagined for a capsule experience.

It is as described in the pictures, but a bit shabbier, less 'shiney'. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and the experience of it. It was certainly cheaper than hotels and I booked late so had few hotel options. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, although I should mention that I have a bad back anyway. The dormitory was safe, secure, all fellow guests I met were nice. The staff were all very nice. Very good bathroom facilities. All facilities well looked after, clean, working, and accessible. I would use it again.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and the lovely shower/ bathroom area. The hotel is a few minutes from Shinkuku station and is a close walking distance to everything in Shinkuku. All toiletries, pj's, towels are included. The shower had strong pressure and was hot. The included breakfast was good value and was at a cafe nearby.

I had a comfortable staying , sleeping at capsule is a nice experience . They provided towels, a pajama and to make a shower the shampoos and body wash were already provided so it make more comfortable. also this hotel have separated women only dorm and they provided coin lockers and there is a space to put your big luggages.
